This impeachment thing could be bad. Governor Bungle is according to the marxist press the most popular Governor that Pennsylvania has ever had along with his sharp witted health secretary Dr Blunder who is on top of every move the virus makes that's why she intelligently moved her mother out of the home where the virus was going to be sent by Dr Blunder. I think it's a way to rally the members of the Legislature into a cohesive front against Wolf's endless usurpation of power.
To create a focus point to coalesce around a common primary purpose.
The impeachment itself is almost incidental.
