Re: Bucks county not renewing LTCF
I don't understand the problem. PA constitution says right to bear arms shall not be questioned, and the United States constitution says
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed".There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

Re: Bucks county not renewing LTCF
Does anyone have any recent experience obtaining a LTCF in Bucks? Are they open for business? The sheriff's web page only says that the counter at Quakertown is closed. Anyone one have current information on Doylestown and Levittown?

I got mine renewed 2 months ago. Last I heard the Levittown office was closed. I would recommend you going to Doylestown anyway since you will get it instantly. Their website had the hours they will take applications and the building address. I suggest you get there early. I was in and out in 1/2 an hour getting there right before lunchtime.
And don't bother to call. They won't answer.

The sheriff announced today that the Levittown office will have extended hours to 8pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Both offices are open, only LTown has the extended hours.

Re: Bucks county not renewing LTCF
I went Monday. Very smooth. No bs when I said I can*t wear a mask. No bs checking my gun. One civilian minion had a problem with my knife. *Make sure he checks the knife he*s hiding in the pocket!* I took it as he had an issue with my Trump hat. Several other employees complimented me on the hat and I noticed his displeasure at this.
Downstairs on level B2 things went even more smoothly. ID and credit card. *Thank you for serving, Mr. Manxdriver*.
Time for photo. *Nice hat, but you have to remove it and the glasses for the picture*. * you wouldn*t ask me to remove it if I was Muslim.* He laughed!
Absolute professionalism. A total 180 from my original experience. Perhaps the political environment has awakened some in the LEO community that we are not the enemy. If so, it*s almost worth it.
