Also, unlike the central PA group shoot, there is no need to bring pop up canopies, as there are covered pavilions to keep the sun at bay.

No horse poop to step in though, so that kinda sucks.

I picked up the tp prizes, just got to dig out a 22 for the shoot

So, I will attend IF I can get Her car for the day (mine is scheduled to be in the shop at that time). Actually, I suppose I could ride the motorcycle, but dunno what the wx will be. Riding in the rain sucks...big time.

So, 2 questions:

1) How do we prove we are PAFOA forum members?

2) Folks are bringing both long guns and handguns? I've read through some of the posts and it isn't clear at what distance who is doing what...I'm thinking of bringing a scoped 10/22 that hasn't seen enough action is recent times.

You can either say "Hey, I'm Jabberwocky", or you can submit fingerprints, PA driver's license, 3 months of utility bills, and a throat swab for covid.
Your choice.

Distance at the main bay we use for the shoots is about 30 yards max. We set up paper targets at various distances for rifle or handgun.

The shoots are more of a social thing than a "sighting in a rifle thing". The club has a nice, long distance rifle range, but it's not ideal for "all types of shooting", so the bay we use is the best compromise.

Bring anything you want. (aside from full auto or flamethrowers)
Shoot as much or as little as you want.

Penn, not sure if I am going to make it to this shoot. I may be night fishing for striper that weekend, but my son plans on coming with his tree and other steel stuff. I will give him my steel to bring if I can't make it.

No worries, I'll leave some space. I wouldn't pass up an opportunity to catch some stripers either. Good luck!

Ran into some customers wearing AR15 shirts and invited them to the shoot.
