Mob shoplifting

I keep seeing brand new in the package Dewalt tools showing up out here on CL. I've often wondered if they're being stolen locally.

It doesn't take much to see people ripping these stores off. Find an aisle with expensive stuff and watch...it won't be long before some leech shows up.

On a different note...I bought some toilet wax rings for a couple toilets I was replacing...you know the kit with the bolts and all. Well, I had to check several boxes because some idiot took the bolts out of several boxes...really?

Philly is just following Baltimore's example of great leadership. Remember the amazing success Baltimore had with their stand down policies?

I thought Philly would be 5 or 7 yrs behind Baltimore with respect to crime and brazen behavior....guess it is 2 or 3 now...
