Default ATF have too much time on their hands with COVID-19?

I've seen a bunch of ads on FB for solvent traps as of late. It appears that the ATF has a lot more time to try to catch folks trying to obtain make shift suppressors.

I just saw a "sleeper cell ATF" account on here trying to sell a solvent trap as well. Hopefully, people aren't stupid enough to fall for this, but if they do...they deserve what they get.

Well just the threaded adapter that allows you to screw a oil filter to one end, you know to catch your solvents.

Perfectly legal as long as you don’t drill or shoot a hole thorough the other end.

One popped up earlier today for sale today here.

solvent trap is supposed to be a commonly available canister of sorts, with a thread adapter so you can put it on the end of your freshly oiled rifle so it doesn't leak all over the safe when you store it stock-up.

Solvent traps are legal. You just CAN'T drill out the baffles until you file for a stamp for manufacturing your own suppressor and get the stamp in your possession. So you keep it undrilled until you get the stamp drill it and your done. P.S if the atf is reading this I just get lost researching topics and do not have any in my house so please dont shoot my dog.
