Re: Cases stick in resizing die
I second this method. Been using the red bottle of HEET with some liquid lanolin in a spritzer. Shake well, spray and let dry for at least 5 minutes. If I have problems with the expander plug, I ensure it's clean. If still having problems, I have a small plastic 35mm film container with graphite powder and BBs. I shove the case neck into that and get graphite inside the neck = no more neck sticking. The BBs help get the graphite inside the neck & knock out any excess. The graphite won't affect your gunpowder if storing loaded ammo for long term.

Re: Cases stick in resizing die
The Imperial case wax works great, it's just slow.
I use the Dillon Spray lube most times and it works great. I just use the plastic bin, a few sprays, shake a shaka and then let dry and let the alcohol flash off.
Also check your die, make sure it's clean. I find most dies after a few thousand rounds needs a clean out.

Crisco. Cheap, doesn’t contaminate powder, and works immediately.

Re: Cases stick in resizing die
I’ve been using it for 15 years and tens of thousands of rounds. My father before me. Not once did we have a stuck case based on lube or have cases contaminated. I’m not claiming the idea. Lard’s been successfully used since black powder days. They even covered the cylinders of revolvers with it. Pretty unlikely longevity for something that’s contraindicated.

Re: Cases stick in resizing die
I like Lee dies for the economy...BUT....internal finish seems a little rougher on Lee dies compared to other makes. I have made my dies "better" by polishing the internals with Flitz, an appropriate sized bore mop, and a cordless drill. It doesn't take but a minute to give a nice polish to them. I also do a good cleaning of my dies every once in a while. This has helped a lot.
Not a fan of the spray lubes myself, I really like Imperial, a bit more work, but resizes like butter."Disperse you Rebels! Damn you! Throw down your Arms and Disperse!" British Major Pitcairn at Lexington April 19, 1775

Re: Cases stick in resizing die
Always use a carbide dies for straight walled cartridges with no lube. But necked down cases need lube. I don't think they make many carbide rifle dies and if they did the cost would be outrageous. Carbide is difficult to machine and you would probably still need some lube.

Dillon advertises a few. Suggested for very high volume reloaders.
You're right, very expensive and still needs lube.
