yeah, I had it shipped to Founding Fathers. 35$ for online transfer. I understand they can charge whatever they want, hell I'd pay 45$ because I could walk there and get it but after spending almost 800 for a gun, I just cant see spending another 100$ because it's close to home. I'll take a 20minute ride out of my way for a 65$ cheaper price. Its a bummer, I used to use treeline alot.

Can't a person on hold monitor the call with a bluetooth earpiece while doing other things?

I don't know but the last one I had done took about an hour. The guy did have a tablet but he monitored it the whole time.
