I honestly don't understand HOW a projectile can come loose from its seat and also have enough force on the surrounding metal to prevent the cylinder from opening.. "Needing a hammer" Me thinks a pocket knife would've dislodged the jam..

Just trying to help for the next time, Hammers and loaded handguns don't mix

In this time of Covid captivity, when we are forbidden from gathering in groups to demonstrate our dedication to punching holes in the center of paper scrolls, the very least we can do is spell the names of Religious Organizations correctly.
Not exactly true according to the news clips, especially if you're rioting, burning buildings, setting police vehicles on fire, and in general breaking and stealing sh!t - it's apparently OK to be in groups.

I understand that. it's not under pressure which means it's just cocked, a pocket knife would change the angle. no need for a hammer...That's all, I'd be hard pressed to take a hammer to a firearm...

I bought a box of Remington 7mm08 before that had a bullet seated backwards once. Looked like a copper jacketed wad cutter.

Unfortunately the bullets had too much inertia or maybe just not enough crimp. Alacrity in its departure was wanted of the varmint.

this is why american production is going hell in a hand basket... we need quality control to take every 1 out of 1000 samples when you have an operator (or you should) right there seeing the process..companies fault, workers fault TBD
