    We’ve been Under a constant State of emergency for more then 2 years, rapidly approaching 3.

    The answer is yes, but you must have a LTCF or meet another exemption.

    Not that due to a court ruling, the other exceptions (act 235, being a cop, whatever) may not actually exist and it is best to have a LTCF even if you otherwise would not need one.

    We've been under a SoE for practically 3 years. Unless exempt under 6106(b) - carrying openly on public domain of any type of firearm(handgun, rifle, shotgun, etc) requires a LTCF.
