It's in the Judiciary Committee, where it will stay. Rob Kauffman (Judiciary Chairman) has been pretty clear that he will not advance anti-gun legislation. There are technically other legal maneuvers available to circumvent his blockage, but they are likely without enough support to work.

It's been around for a while and looks like it's going nowhere but thanks for bringing it up, I was looking for it. I have saved it and will blast Joe Cerisi for having his fingerprints on it when his next election is up.

This is the bill that puts multiple restrictions on ammumition, correct?
I think someone had previously posted an email from the judiciary chairman stating that it would not get out of the committee.

Yes. Background check required, no direct receipt of orders, no private transfers or sales, etc. Basically, adding every hoop we currently have for handguns.
