Carrying while wearing a face mask

Bear with me, I'm not a life long PA resident.
In a lot of the states that I have lived in, you are not allowed to carry while wearing a face mask.
Unfortunately, with Tom Wolfe's ridiculous new order, any google search that I try to make regarding the issue only results in the various articles telling us that we have to wear masks inside an essential business now.
What are the legalities of carrying while wearing a face mask in PA?

I guess Wolfe and his toadie will make it up as they go along.So far nothing they've done has helped or is legal so maybe they will make up some new law as they go along. I carry and don't worry about it.

The same as carrying while wearing underwear as far as I know.

Please excuse me but I find some humor in this......wearing a face mask and carrying.....it's why when I worked in Newark, NJ I hated Halloween.

Last week I was at my local gun shop and everyone was carrying (or purchasing) a firearm and all wearing masks.

It was surreal.

That's what I was looking for, thanks.
I fully intended to carry anyway if it conflicted, I just wanted to be aware of the situation.

I recall reading a report back around the 1980s where Hawaii had a few armed robberies by two men wearing full motorcycle helmets to obscure their facial features. They outlawed the wearing of full helmets!
