FNX45 tactical with Trijicon red dot and Silencerco suppressor. What good is a gun in a SHTF scenario if it is going to give away your position to everyone in a 1 mile radius?

Would also probably grab my 22 suppressed gun as that is even quieter.

Would also grab my hand loader and dies so I could load on the fly.

Subsonic 22 is unlikely to give away your position except for those in the direct vicinity.

Running a "wet" 45 suppressor is also very quiet, though not as quiet as the aforementioned one.

Not for self quarantine time (you have your while gun room available at home), but if you had to leave home in the next 24 hours?
It has to be something you actually possess right now, not something you would like to have.

For me it would be my Beretta 92FS. I value the capacity, reliability, accuracy and concealability.
My Glock 17 and suppressed AR-10. They are loaded and ready to roll at a moments notice.

No "bug out bag" here. Just a EDC handgun that is on me from the time I get up till I go to bed. Then it sits on the nightstand besides my bed. Currently that gun is my Shadow Systems MR918. So if I had to leave for some reason - that would be the gun that was going with me.

My wife is the same in regards to this, her EDC gun is a Glock 26. Same exact scenario as mine, just a different gun.

    LOL

None here...no where to bug out to when you're home all the time.... Everything I need is here, so no reason to leave.

Was a Henry Survival. Moved on and it*s now listed in the classifieds. The several firearms I have left (gotten rid of most) are for a Specific purpose on the soon-to-be homestead we are working on - I don*t really Have a huge need for anything outside of basic self defense and hunting.

Now I have a Springfield M6 with 300 rounds of MiniMag .22LR and 50 rounds of various 410 loads.

People tend to go a little overboard on the armament for their Bug out bags. My reasoning was simple self defense and obtaining small game in case of absolute desperation.
