There is a way for her to get 10 years as POTUS. Biden waits until his second year to resign. That way she can run twice after filling out the last two years as a replacement.

Here's another scenario. Covid-19 peters out by June-July with less deaths than Influenza or "Gun violence" and everything is back to normal with Trump having rallies and the stock market hitting 30,000 by November. Biden starts to get back into the public eye and melts down to a blubbering grandpa Simpson before the convention after picking Stacey (I really won GA) Abrams for VP.
