Wondering what this thing is worth. Brand New. Never fired.

It’s not brand new. It’s got a bunch of stuff on it that it didn’t leave the factory with. Might be unfired but that stock and grip isn’t.

I’m not sure if it’s even 922r compliant and I don’t think it’d been converted properly to call it a conversion.

It most certainly is 922r compliant.

For the Saiga shotguns you need 5 US parts.

Trigger Group is 3 parts (Trigger, Hammer, Sear)

    Forearm/Hand guard is 1

    Pistol grip is 1 part

    Muzzle Brake is 1 part

Saiga 12 Gas PUC is 1 part

    Buttstock is 1 part

Magazine counts for 3 parts when it is in the gun.

I'm only seeing two, the stock and grip, that mag is pure russian as are all the internals.

I posted that as reference. Correct, stock, grip, trigger, hammer, and sear.

How can you tell the internals are pure Russian? You can't see the 3 parts of the trigger, the gas puck, the magazine spring or the follower.

Because they didn't make saiga trigger groups or 12 gauge followers in the US. Also the mag spring doesn't count, the 3 mag parts are the body, follower and floorplate.

and if you want to get technical his list is incorrect. It isn't that you need 5 US parts, its that you can't have more than 10. Off the top of my head, stock, grip, foreend trigger, hammer, disconnector, mag body, mag follower, mag floorplate, receiver, barrel, Trunnion gas, muzzle device, gas pistol, bolt, bolt carrier.

I don't think the muzzle device (in your case a thread protector) is counted as a part unless it has an actual muzzle device installed if I'm not mistaken. Been a while since I even thought about this stuff. Built a V-12 and a Spets-12.
