I don't like Dr. Lavine for many reasons. Most of them policy-based. S/he lacks the right credentials for the job, has made many stupid decisions, etc. And S/he has 'earned' her latest role on false terms, IMHO.

If S/he were competent, effective and impactful, I'd get past the 'gender' thing.

I think that if Cuomo goes down for the nursing home debacle and or the sexual abuse thing Levine will be shot down too and nailed for taking her mother out of the nursing home. Conflict of interest or insider knowledge or whatever you can call it should send her back to Woofie crying like a pussy.
