As has already been pointed out that if the Governor has been calling this person by the changed name Rachel then they have already been to see the genital changer and has been administering themselves unproven drugs to develop other female physical attributes. So no there probably is no penis or testicles to protrude from their dress. You can use whatever pronouns that make you feel comfortable it is not up to them to say which pronouns you should be using. If you have respect for a trans person you will call them by their preferred pronouns but it's entirely up to the other person addressing said person which pronouns will be used. That's life deal with it.

It can reasonably be assumed if Richard Levine is able to call himself Rachel and have the Governor call him Rachel he's already visited the chopping block and has spent years injecting himself with or ingesting untested drugs to make his male body exhibit some female attributes.

I agree that the mask thing is stupid, but that's not really in the context of this thread. Many here believe, incorrectly, that being a tranny disqualifies one to be a doctor, or the head doctor of PA. What's the objective evidence? Thinking they're icky isn't evidence.

There's obviously a mental illness there. One equivalent to a man believing he's a woman despite being born with male anatomy.

But what he does in the privacy of his own home is his business right, and has no affect on the decisions he makes at work, right? If he can "do the job", his personal life should not matter, right? These are the same arguments we hear when talking about a man with a cross-dressing fetish. Some jobs require less mental stability than others. Should they be barred from working anywhere? OF COURSE NOT! They have the same equal right to working and providing for themselves as you and me and anyone else. I think a big part of why most people waste time talking about Mr. Rachel is that the job he was given is one that requires clear decision-making and mental stability. We'replacing the medical guidance of the entire state in the hands of a man who has clear, deep mental issues. That's troubling to most normal people.

It's possible to have any variation of mental illness that doesn't affect ones ability to do their job.
