Full cowitness or lower 1/3 with folding sights?
Supposing you have folding sights, does it make any sense to get lower 1/3 cowitness? I'd think the lower full witness sight would feel more natural.

If both your irons fold then a 1/3 serves no purpose.
With fixed sights I would go with a full anyway for no variation in usage. How can you have any cookies if you don't drink your milk?

Depending on the distance and accuracy needed, you may also be able to use the red dot as a "rear sight" if you use full cowitness.

I like full cowitness because it allows me to do a quick zero check on one or the other to see if there is a major issue. Granted I'm talking uses less than 100 yards. This zero check isn't going to allow you to readjust for long ranges.

I prefer a full cowitness across the board.
