Things are going get tougher all around for gun owners in the next few years. Liberalism is becoming more pervasive. It behooves us all, the dealers you mentioned included, to work together to support the common cause. While there is not requirement that they have to accommodate private transfers they ought to, out of their own self interest, keep gun commerce alive. And, they can charge what they want - I am SURE they can make money while earning the good will of gun enthusiasts.
