On topic, Tanner's posted on Facebook that they plan to stay closed until further notice. Safety of their staff and customers comes first.

If you use an FFL that operate out of their home they generally schedule anyway as who wants a bunch of people
in their house all at one time filling out paperwork and tying their phone up for "X" amount of time getting approvals
    or rejections? I would not.
On the flip side I look at my LGS, who would be open for ammo and accessories, which are not permitted to be sold if I read correctly. So...he's supposed to sit there all day on the hopes that someone will want to come in a buy a gun and turn all others away? I could be wrong but it doesn't sound very productive to me.

I think that's another lawsuit coming. Essential WalMart can still sell non-essentiak electronics, Seems like an essential FFL could sell non-essential accessories.

That's not a terrible argument; Walmart sells groceries (I think it's the largest seller of groceries in the country), but they also sell other things. If the argument is "we're minimizing the time each customer is in the store", then Walmart should be only open for groceries and the pharmacy.

I work out of my house, I have a separate phone line for my business (besides my cell phone) so it is no problem having several customers filling out paperwork and getting the PICS checks done. I never did close. That said, the sign on my door said "closed" but if a friend or acquaintance stopped by to chat who am I to say they can't come in. And so what if they have a firearm here that they ordered and it needs to be transferred. PICS was up the whole time and I didn't get any LEO's come to my door after I did a check to give me a cease and desist order.

Perhaps they see it as a way to get rid of gun owner? Let them gather and pass the bug amongst their own?

I'm still taking transfers. I'll order whatever you want- but it may be a while. Good time to bring your gun in for a deep cleaning.
