Re: PA Counties locked down
Here's the John Hopkins article that debunks the claims of the media marxists.
https://web.archive.org/web/20201126...ue-to-covid-19
“The reason we have a higher number of reported COVID-19 deaths among older individuals than younger individuals is simply because every day in the U.S. older individuals die in higher numbers than younger individuals,” Briand said.
Briand also noted that 50,000 to 70,000 deaths are seen both before and after COVID-19, indicating that this number of deaths was normal long before COVID-19 emerged. Therefore, according to Briand, not only has COVID-19 had no effect on the percentage of deaths of older people, but it has also not increased the total number of deaths.
These data analyses suggest that in contrast to most people’s assumptions, the number of deaths by COVID-19 is not alarming. In fact, it has relatively no effect on deaths in the United States.
This comes as a shock to many people. How is it that the data lie so far from our perception?
Here's the PJ Media article that points out this cacophony of media marxists and money sucking medical charlatans.

Re: PA Counties locked down
I believe that, in general, most of the police force are good people - But sometimes they let their 'temporary, citizen-conferred, authority' go to their heads - Then they look like jack-booted thugs and reflect badly on all police operations.
Here's another story related to the intentionally created Coronavirus PANIC. The Panic (related to a real prevalent sickness) is being used by those in all manner of authority to react aggressively in order to accomplish their political and power goals. As always, if the story as presented is untrue or a significant distortion, my comments may be different.
Baltimore police officer indicted following alleged assault over mask refusal
by Spencer Neale - December 31, 2020 02:45 PM
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/n...t-mask-refusal
A grand jury indicted a Baltimore police officer who allegedly assaulted a man on crutches after he refused to put on a face mask while inside a grocery store.
Officer Andre Maurice Pringle threw Brandon Walker to the ground outside a Shoppers grocery store in Baltimore in April, according to prosecutors. He was charged with one count of second-degree assault and one count of misconduct in office.
"Officer Pringle, who was in full BPD uniform at the time, approached Walker and advised him that he had to leave the store," prosecutors said, according to NBC News. "The two began walking towards the exit. Walker was yelling and cursing at Officer Pringle as they continued towards the automated entry/exit doors."
A press release from the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office following the incident said Walker, who had a cast on his foot and was bracing himself with a crutch, refused to put his mask on and that the store's manager called the police. Pringle said Walker "glared" at him, which set the officer off.
"The contact which started with the shove and continued through the arrest resulted in intentional, harmful, offensive, and unwanted touching by Officer Pringle," the release stated. "The physical assaults were not accidental, consented to, nor legally justified."
As in some cases of second amendment violations due to police ignorance or aggressive attitudes, the citizenry should not only expect, but demand, that police officers know the legal facts of the issue they are addressing and proceed in a respectful way of dealing with the situation.
Will other police officers learn from this incident? Will the citizens wake up to the contrived PANIC that is being imposed?

Re: PA Counties locked down
My point was the original issue of friction over the masking - Yes, divide and conquer. Perhaps the original complaint by the store may have been one of defiant trespass after stating the store policy - The story is thin on details. But in most cases, the store policy is based on the edicts of the state which often include threats of revocation of their business license (whether those edicts or revocations are constitutionally lawful or not is considered irrelevant by the store).
In any case, unless the patron was being physically resistive, the officer should have kept his hands to himself. (There's a hint in the story that the non-masker was arrested - but no details.)
The Mandatory Mask Edicts is just another example of how the left creates societal disagreements & confrontations in order to produce CHAOS - which they then argue demands more control! The more social issues they can manipulate, the more CHAOS they can create.
