    I'm not aware of that. One of them was the supreme court ruling (posted here a while ago).

    I saw on fox 43 this AM interviews of several restaurant owners in Lancaster who say they are defying Comrade Wolfes orders . Will they get a visit from the Police ?? May get dicey ...................

    One big question is if municipal police will even care. They usually have other issues to deal with. The other is if Wolf will direct the PSP to specifically target violations of his orders. 4500 of them in the state will only make a few test cases that may make the news.

    Not owning a business, I can only defy by going to the ones who will ignore the orders.

    You may be right on the local popo but the State Po answer to Wolfie . I bet they do as they are told !

    That will be the flash point for sure. If it goes south, the news (even though left leaning) would have a field day seeing regular people business owners, and their staff and patrons, being dragged out into the street in handcuffs. Or worse.
