Should be and Are is two different things...too many people bought into the panic and the ones that aren’t open are now afraid to open again due to said panic...

Meanwhile in Kutztown...local officials cracked down on masking and social distancing and passed an ordinance that requires use of a mask at all times outside private residences, limits gatherings in private residences to no more than 10 people, under threat of a $100-$600 fine

It would be the ultimate to see Wolf and the Shim under indictment for homicide.
Corruption is the default behavior of government officials. JPC

    https://www.kutztownboro.org/2020/09...ncy-ordinance/

Expires Jan 31, 2021. Looks like they revised /passed it as 25 people from the original 10 that was proposed.

Section 2 paragraph C... 🤦*♂️ So if I’m riding my bike down the street I have to wear a mask...

Section 3 paragraph 1 dealing with exceptions is requiring documentation of a medical condition to avoid the citation. This not only goes against HIPAA laws but also governor wolfs mandate that states documentation is not required...

Doesn’t matter, it’s al unconstitutional anyhow. And by this ordinance everyone in the place I rent is in violation immediately since there are 25+ ”non-related” people living here...

    Coming to the US soon.

Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Indoor dining capacity is covered under the right to assembly. Wolf has no teeth. Need Josh Prince's comments on this.

And it provides an opportunity to suppress the rights of the citizens of Pennsylvania in so many convenient ways...

Do you think we'll get a Thanksgiving Reprieve? Only if Joe Biden wins, because the 'Promoted Panic' will have done it's job...

IANAL. I don't give legal advice. I'm only stating my OPINION.
(Did I really need to say that on an Internet forum? LOL)

And of the 7800 deaths reported statewide, only 6% are real according to the CDC...
