Re: Six Counties locked down
more people died in car accidents than came down with or were verified to have the flu in Lancaster county yesterday my point being is they have it
they didn't die from it as of yet and even 200 is not a large number for something like this. Given I'm not looking to run headlong into exposure I agree
we need to give each other space and use sense.
That being said I don't like that a police officer may consider this an opportunity to abuse his or her power just because I am driving to get what I need and pull me over. They still have no legal standing to do so if your not doing anything wrong they can't assume you are until you do.
This whole thing feels like a test to me to see how docile the majority is and what orders they are willing to follow.

Re: Six Counties locked down
news said the police are not going to enforce it but will advise people of the new rules.
panic buying is caused when the people don't know what the governments are going to do from day to day.

Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Going out also to take things to my 83 year-old mother. Who's getting antsy to drive. She used to drive a 49 Willys for years. We still have it. It's now time to turn it into a Rat Patrol.

Re: PA Counties locked down
We've been on this lock down for a while and we have driven to parks, went for walks and other places for food and necessities and I have seen two cops. Just sitting in a parking lot or wherever...actually went to Philly to drop off a package at the bank for my wife's job. A lot of people on the road...didn't see a single cop except at an accident. I don't think they want to risk pulling someone over that happens to be sick...just my opinion.
