Default Have any of you veterans put service decals on your AR's

The idea is not mine certainly. Saw an AR being sold with a Marine Corps emblem neatly emblazoned on the stock. So, I though, for memory sake, etc., of finding the right size and kind of decal to decorate my AR. In this case - USAF.

Have any of you found a good source for designs that are the right size that will adhere to the "plastic" (or whatever it is) stocks of AR's?

    Pics wold be nice.

    Thank you kindly...

I dunno about decals, but laser engraving a lower is always nice.

Typically, it's just "white" artwork, but this place does "deep", 3-D engraving which is amazing.

A lot of folks that build SBRs also speak fondly of Laserworx in Pottstown

That’s pretty cool. Is there a place that will do that with a rifle you already own ???

I just used the online chat at that website and they only accept 80% lowers for engraving. It's an FFL thing.

You'd have to look around to see if other places work on finished lowers. I suspect there are some that do.
