Re: The Limits Of Governor Wolf's Power
A buddy of mine told me this morning that the "work" ban was lifted until 8am Monday. I am a subcontractor for him and he needs me to get in and finish so we can get paid. Has anyone seen this? I haven't found anything.

I'm not a lawyer so I will ask. If we win in the PASC does that set up the gov. for a civil suit for loss of income etc?

Re: The Limits Of Governor Wolf's Power
Yes, although the Governor is saying that it was done so they'd have more time to grant "exceptions," I understand the truth of the matter is they're greatly concerned that the PASC is going to rule against them and strike down the Order. Only time will tell. You can find info about enforcement being delayed here - https://www.governor.pa.gov/newsroom...-23-at-800-am/

Re: The Limits Of Governor Wolf's Power
Is anyone else concerned about this line item from Rep. Ryan?
"Removing judicial barriers where appropriate to emergency measures;"

Re: The Limits Of Governor Wolf's Power
I think there should be more than enough people working in the government to get things coordinated. Isn't that Wolf's job, ultimately? Maybe if more of them concentrated on the job at hand, instead of trying to continue to push agendas, there would be a better coordinated response. Like we need ANOTHER government entity...
