The Court cannot look fractured right now. Hence, I expect that it will have a lot of limiting language so 1. not to tie the Court's hands in the future and 2. to obtain agreement of all the Justices. Just my .02

That's great news and thank you for continually fighting for us, but I saw on the news that the PASC is closed until April 4th-ish. Is this true and will anything be done before then?

A buddy of mine told me this morning that the "work" ban was lifted until 8am Monday. I am a subcontractor for him and he needs me to get in and finish so we can get paid. Has anyone seen this? I haven't found anything.

I'm not a lawyer so I will ask. If we win in the PASC does that set up the gov. for a civil suit for loss of income etc?

Closed to the public; still open for emergency actions and we've already been through briefing. We're just awaiting a decision by PASC. Could come any minute or day...

Yes, although the Governor is saying that it was done so they'd have more time to grant "exceptions," I understand the truth of the matter is they're greatly concerned that the PASC is going to rule against them and strike down the Order. Only time will tell. You can find info about enforcement being delayed here - https://www.governor.pa.gov/newsroom...-23-at-800-am/

ROFLMAO - no, the Government is KING and has sovereign immunity, unless it decides to allow you to sue it for money damages. It's good to be KING!

Is anyone else concerned about this line item from Rep. Ryan?

"Removing judicial barriers where appropriate to emergency measures;"

I think there should be more than enough people working in the government to get things coordinated. Isn't that Wolf's job, ultimately? Maybe if more of them concentrated on the job at hand, instead of trying to continue to push agendas, there would be a better coordinated response. Like we need ANOTHER government entity...
