    Oh, I now feel he doesn't care, or feels he can convince the masses that it just 'had to be done.' And get the courts to decide in his favor for acting, even it was illegal.

    What entity is going to enforce this? PSP, county, local PD, NG? And how? Some commie local PD guy sees me driving my company truck around, pulls me over and arrests me for "working"?

    If you are in Philly Just tell them you are stealing it they are not arresting people anymore for that.

    They could ask local zoning to "find" issues. There is more than enough government to squash you like a bug.
