Attention! There has been an influx of scammer signups!

The method of operation is to private message you and tell you that you should contact such 'n such person at a given email address.

Please report the private messages. Staff will ban the offender, and I will implement an IP ban. Unfortunately these scammers are using VPN/proxy services, which may mean your VPN/proxy may be blocked.
Attention! About VPN's and foreign IP addresses.

When signing up, do so from a US based Internet Service Provider. Turn off any VPN/safe-browsing feature. Failure to do so will result with your new account denied.

If you run into a IP ban afterwards as a member, again - turn off your VPN or switch servers. We do not ban legit Internet Service Providers from the USA(exception for certain individual IP addresses). Free VPN's tend to get banned too. We try not to ban legit subscription VPN services, but they rarely label their IP blocks correctly.

If you run into an IP ban, it likely wasn't you.

PICS is down 0830 17 Mar 20 (back up later)

As of 08:30 3-17-20, PICS is down. Website and phone both are stating "Down due to technical difficulties." PSP stated on Instagram and Twitter yesterday that PICS would not be closing as would many other Commonwealth agencies.
PICS was extremely busy yesterday. Let us hope this is truly a tech issue and not something more nefarious.
