Re: PA Sheriffs use COVID as a reason to suspend LTCF processing.
Im in Delco and no updates on the website as of today. No information on PSP website about any type of extension. Looks like the 6mo post expiration exception is in play?

How in the hell that provision was cooked up and for what purpose escapes me. If it is a valid exception as a defense in trial, it sounds like a judge or jury can ignore the exception. If not, arrest and subsequent trial sure sounds like malicious prosecution to me.

All in compliance with the provisions guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment.
So much precedence has been set making the 2nd Amendment a mere poem of yesteryear, the entire constitution is in peril.Last edited by Bang; May 6th, 2020 at 03:21 PM.
