    I get these emails from Gunbroker along with other crap I'm more than sure it holds no validity whatsoever ! Or am I wrong

    31 states are Open Carry states. I imagine this will get you a copy of the 2nd Amendment.

    Picked a bad time to re-apply for my LTCF apparently. I'll contact West Chester Sheriff's office tomorrow, but don't expect them to be open after reading this thread.

    Stupid Reading mayor closed courthouse to public right after all the off site places were posted closed. Mine runs out in April. Going to call tomorrow and see if I get any information.

    New Pennsylvania License to Carry Permits will be issued at the Berks County Courthouse. We ask anyone who is due to renew a permit wait until the county and state resume normal operations. Don’t expose yourself if it is not necessary.
    Remember you are allowed up to a 6 months extension on your current permit.
    2010 Pennsylvania Code
    Title 18 - CRIMES AND OFFENSES
    Chapter 61 - Firearms and Other Dangerous Articles
    6106 - Firearms not to be carried without a license.
    § 6106. Firearms not to be carried without a license.
    (a) Offense defined.--
    (b) Exceptions
    (12) A person who has a lawfully issued license to carry
    a firearm pursuant to section 6109 (relating to licenses) and
    that said license expired within six months prior to the date
    of arrest and that the individual is otherwise eligible for
    renewal of the license.


    I thought one of our resident Lawers stated in the past that this was only a defense and you could use it in front of a judge but you were probably getting arrested first.

    It is and he is wrong. Turn in your paperwork and watch for the reminder in the mail.

    If they want to limit exposure they should ask the county commissioners for the 20 bucks per county resident, process them, and then mail then to every person in the county without the citizen being inconvenienced.
