Re: PA Sheriffs use COVID as a reason to suspend LTCF processing.
I'm with you. I wish John Lott should do a study on constitutional carry, I would love to see how many additional arrests for felons in possession there are in states that have adopted CC. I'm guessing it's zero, and that's really the ONLY valid argument against constitutional carry.

There will always be a percentage of felons who will disregard the law and carry. I have doubts that many of them care if their state is constitutional carry or requires licenses. It may have a deterring effect on some, but to what degree is immeasurable. There will always be the ballsy kind who will reason that they can quickly throw the gun before being discovered, and find it acceptable risk.

Now....does the governor's extending of a license in a manner not prescribed by law a valid and lawfully issued license? I can see judges at various levels ruling no.
That letter is nice. It would be even nicer if accompanied with the document showing the governor has that authority so the licensee has something to show a police officer in a Democrat entity and maybe talk their way out of an arrest and seizure. There are two kinds of guns.
