    Totally unacceptable (and IMO, illegal).
They are extending expiry dates on everything else, they should do the same on LTCF’s.

    Sue sue sue the sheriffs.

I don’t care if their office is on fire, or there is a boondocks saint level fire fight happening in their office.

    They’re required to accept applications.

Emergency order for constitutional carry now (The left always wants to circumvent the legislature, why can't we).

Montgomery county seems to be ready to violate state law with the 45 day maximum investigation period.

A buddy contacted me and said Washington county has stopped issuing.

Erie County Sheriff, Loomis, runs a no nonsense office and often processes LTCF applications within minutes. I highly doubt that this is anything other than a preventative measure on his part to eliminate the general public arriving unannounced at the office during extraordinary circumstances. I can't speak for the other counties. I suspect that all courthouses will be closed in due time.

Any government office that closes or restricts access should be closed forever, as clearly their services are not required and are just government waste.

Which still provides no legal options for first-timers.
