    A question. Who owns the roads? Are they still township/city roads? If so the hoa policy is illegal.

    I would also say that they violates the 13th & 14th amendments as being unarmed is a badge of slavery.



    You may want to know that they are limited in restricting the display of many flags

    I strongly suspect that their policy is illegal because it contradicts state law, and I suspect there is a provision in the hoa act that prevents that.
