The injectable works just fine. Been using it since 2020.
Get an animal syringe while you are there to measure it.
Cover the taste with some OJ or apple juice in the glass.

    Dinner the last two days.

Didn't have anything handy to make to eat that wouldn't require thawing, or more time than I had to prepare dinner.
When that happens, it's nice to just grab some things from the food stash in the basement.

The text editor n my phone limits me, so I abbreviated some things...
"Knorr Taco Rice" is the stuff in a packet (1)
"Canned chicken" is two 12.5 oz cans
"Diced Tomatoes" is two cans (one regular/one petite)

Use 2 cups water to heat the taco rice to boiling, then reduce heat a little and add remaining ingredients.
If you want it more "soupy", add some water as you go.
If you heat it enough that it thickens, it also makes for a great burrito filling.

It's stupid-easy to make and tastes good - even without the cheese or sour cream.
Makes enough to feed the two of us four "fill-your-belly" dinner portions.
I have a bunch of "freeze dried" prepper pouches, but I doubt any of them would compare.
    Canned foods for the win.

I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Agree on the burrito filling, is very similar to how we make "Moes" at home. Throw that in a round flour tortilla, fold it over on itself, and you basically got a Moes stack. Add some jarred queso for a little heat.

As mentioned before, it's clearance time at Walmart.

Yesterday I saw three different propane grills (2 Coleman and 1 Ozark Trail) that are between $44 and $50 with reg prices of $100 and up.
Not a bad way to have an emergency cooking source on hand for not a lot of money.

This Coleman Two in One is $44.50 at my store

This Coleman Four in One (round) is $52 at my store

This Tabletop gas grill with griddle plate is $44.50 at my store

Clearance prices usually vary by location. Some items are all reduced by corporate at the same time and then individual stores may drop prices further.

Found an ad on FB marketplace for 2 big propane tanks for a Benji. Jumped on it.

    1. Propane can be used for a LOT of things: heaters generators Grills etc

    B. Propane does not go bad like gasoline

III 30 75 and hundred pound tanks are reasonably portable.

Thirdly. Storing $100 in a durable investment is an inflation hedge.

I have 2 of these stoves. One can of butane is good for 1hr15min burn time. They are tiny and come with a small carrying case. Cans of butane are $1.99. The stoves I found at the grocery store for $20.

1 moving part - the valve.

Keep them painted and they'll last and last.

There IS a certification date with an expiration date. Because .GOV.

I have heard that some places don't check those dates closely.
