Quality of the cleaning depends on the model you choose, you get what you pay for. With adjustable pressure heated water and separate nozzles for posterior cleaning and the special one for the holiest of holys, you've never been cleaner back there without having to shower. There's no need for any "heavy lifting". Lol

Put one on my wife's toilet, variety of wash options, heated seat, hot water cleansing, the works. All controlled via a remote. She isn't concerned about a TP shortage.
