Just returned from a trip to Costco. Spent $1200 to top off our non-perishables and some other things. Had to go through separate registers to evade the Limit 1 on toilet paper.

On the way home, spent $100 at Sheetz in beer and wine (made me do two transactions).

Costco is pretty dead on Friday night. Glad we went tonight instead of Saturday morning as usual.

Our normal one-month food purchases is about $1000.

No lamb..but the big piece of prime ribeye was $175 I think. Also got 4 of the organic 3-packs of hamburger, 3 $15 bags of shrimps, may a few other highish dollar things.

We will not have to go there for a while.

Look up! I've learned that us tall people can often score when the shelf is bare, but there's extra stock on the top shelf.

This is what I'm buying off CL tomorrow for $350 - a home oxygen concentrator. My wife is very frail, and my parents are old. Many victims wind up on respirators, and the medical system will be overwhelmed. A BiPAP machine with an oxygen concentrator will be the next best thing to a ventilator. That $350 is looking like pretty cheap insurance right now.

Better, since a vent requires intubation, and a bipap / cpap can prevent it from getting that bad.

Have you ever tried using RV paper? It isn't worth a crap (excuse the pun).
