    Her property is 16' wide x 100' deep give or take a foot. She pays 4500 in taxes,
    most of it is school. Upper darby school board is corrupt, now all the lower tax paying
    people (her) will be burdened with paying higher taxes due to the people that have been
    overtaxed on their properties for years. Thats what I gather from the link you posted.

    Indiana County: Lot is 98' deep, 165' wide. 3-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, built circa 1905.

    Taxes about $600, which includes school district.

    With reassessment the % went from 25% to 100%, millage was adjusted downward to compensate.
