    Default Gun Safe Movers

I bought a couple safes from Gander Mountain years ago and they had a contractor deliver them. Does anyone know of a local safe mover?

Moving companies should be able to do that but I'd be cautious of using a small, no-name outfit.

Contact Ace's in Washington PA, they have a guy that they can recommend.

Give Roy Watters a call. He might be retired but he moved my giant safe thrice. Not cheap. Google him.

Moving companies likely won't move them.

Companies that sell safes usually have safe movers you can hire, or they can recommend someone.

I used to deliver them to Allied Moving in Telford and they performed final delivery.

Understood. When I moved to my current house I asked the several companies I was interviewing and they all said no. Ymmv. It certainly doesn't hurt to ask.

I had trouble finding someone to move a safe. When I finally did it was a nice chunk of money. Really impressive to watch but most moving companies didn’t want to touch it. I ended up going to my local gun store that sold safes got the contact info for their delivery guys.

The term you probably want to look for is "riggers". A large safe is probably a bit on the small side for them, but they know how to do this safely.

Reach out to Monroeville Lock and Safe. They sell Liberty Safes. I don't think they move the safes themselves, they must have a contractor they can recommend.
It can cost $500 to have a large safe moved especially if it involves stairs.
