2020 NFA Paperwork Timeline

Called ATF today.

Form 4 was approved 11 May 2020.

What a shit show.

Guess I can flush my money and the never received suppressor down the toilet.

You need to call the shop that you’re picking it up from. That’s where the ball has been dropped. You’ve got a really good ally in this fight in silencer shop

Just had a suppressor Form 4 for a customer come back just shy of 6 months. Submitted 3/5/20, in my mail box 8/31/20.

You can also tell the LGS that if you don't hear from them in a certain time frame that you will report the suppressor as stolen to the local PD and to the BATFE. That should rattle their cage.

Sent an email to the Silencer Shop using the LGS email chain this evening, cc'd the LGS.

I'm making sure everything is in writing.

Curious what store you sent it to. I’m familiar with the area and actually have family there. It sounds like a good store to avoid to me.

I'd like to know, however, why the Two Week Difference between the First Suppressor - which started this Thread, and the Second Suppressor. Same company for both Suppressors. Same type of cans and everything. The only difference is their serial number.
