    Default UFA Violation?

I had to take a friend to the Chester County Office of Assistance yesterday and noticed some signage that I thought was against the UFA. If they are a violation, how do you get them to take them down?

The first one was on the front door and the second was inside.

I also didn't understand the "Under the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania State Police" nonsense.

Step 1. Get copies of the law.
Step 2. ask to speak to the boss. Express your concern as a taxpayer that the signs are illegal and open the county up to a lawsuit which they’ll loose, not to mention the federal civil suits the staff could be subjected to for civil rights violations.
Step 3. When that doesn’t work, talk to a lawyer.

The one sign looks pretty new. Maybe the new Soros bought county government is trying to see what they can get away with.

monroe county assistance (pronounced "well-fare") office also has signage posted and has for years.
they are not part of county government, they are part of state with federal supplemental handouts.

it appears they(our location) lease the facility from someone. so private property, defiant trespass.
our motor vehicles also appears leased from an LLC but i don't remember if there is a sign, i don't really look for signs.
remembered the welfare sign because i did happen to notice and questioned the same thing.

looks like chester welfare building is also privately owned judging by their GIS system, hand in hand with a philly trust so it might be worth digging more.

all in all everything can be done through mail, email and over the phone or fax. i haven't been to that shitty office in years and was completely free of it for a few years until ACA. in a few months i will be completely free of it again, finally.
