Only insight i can provide, is if the device your building is damaged, i dont think you can repair it without filing another form 1.

Re: Experience with From 1 Suppressors????
I have one I peppered as 9mm and it's all steel so I use it on everything that doesnt have a tilting barrel. I got my parts from sd tactical and use their muzzle breaks/flash hiders. You will have to make your own baffles, I used sbc valve spring retainers that I modified on my mini lathe. As far as paperwork you pick bore diameter and length then submit the form 1 wait till approved then get the parts and build it

All of the form 1 cans I have seen are terrible. For my purposes, if I am going to raise my hand and let the alphabet boys know where I live so they can shoot my dog when they want I am springing the extra cash for welded titanium, EDM bore and tapered muzzle devices.

I built a 30 cal form 1 last year from a kit. There are a lot of different companies that sell them.
