This is a dilemma it seems. If we don’t go we’re letting a bunch of hoodlum paid gangsters and Tom Wolf win, but if we do go then there could be problems. I’m just really pissed off about all of this to be honest. This whole quarantine has been a sham. Peoples businesses ruined because they were closed for so long. Now there’s riots.... I’m getting really tired of unelected billionaires running our country and all we can do is watch while the main stream media lies to everybody about what’s going. Lots of pent up aggression and the want to make an impact and a positive difference. The way the media spins things we could end up looking like the crazy backwoods vigilantes, or we could look like the positive re-enforcement to our bill of rights and constitution. Probably more like the gun toting hillbillies, while they make the real problem kids seem like the voice of reason.

Choose someone who's well spoken to get out in front of the cameras. Rehearse what you want to say before you are put on the spot. For example:

Poofer: Because an unsubstantiated terroristic threat shouldn't be enough to make us give up our rights. In this day and age with the governor Wolf's overreach, government misbehavior, not to mention the recent riots right here at home, it's imperative we remind our representatives that the words in the Pennsylvania and US constitution still have meaning.

Poofer: It's important to remind people the second amendment isn't about hunting as so many democrats want you to believe. It's about self defense at home and defense of your country. Keep in mind there are well over 15 million semiautomatic rifles in the US, and many of them use a smaller round that is easy for women and teenagers to shoot.

A trio of right-wing extremists with military backgrounds have been busted for plotting riots at George Floyd protests in Las Vegas * part of a plan to overthrow the government, according to federal prosecutors.

Army reservist Andrew T. Lynam Jr., 23, former Navy man Stephen T. Parshall, 35, and former Air Force man William L. Loomis, 40, were being held on $1 million bond each on terrorism-related charges.

Our 2A rally will be a 1A and 2A rally this year. There has never been a more important, albeit more challenging time to rally. It is of utmost importance that we remain calm and organized.

We do not require anyone's permission to exercise our God given rights, however, we must be prudent in our exercising of those rights. As has been mentioned, we absolutely do not want to play into the hands of the MSM and TPTB.

Honestly, you may be one of the better-spoken people on here.

I speak well but I'm not much to look at...and honestly...I work in a place where the WORSHIP Tom Wolf (and depend on his funding) so I don't exactly want to be on camera for job security reasons.

I know some people are writing off Metcalfe over the cancellation but we do not know what he knows about it. Who knows, maybe it was an assassination threat against him, or he really is concerned about OUR safety.

With that said, maybe seeing the rally go on spontaneously without his presence will re-light that fire we saw last week and in past years of this event.

We need allies, especially those in the Capitol building. We need him and he needs us in this fight. I recommend you don't jump to conclusions about his commitment to the 2A.


Sure, I sent him a semi-nasty message, but we still have to keep him in line, as well as on board with us.

My guess is they were more concerned about the safety of the rioters.
