I don't know. Some random page that made a parallel event posting to the official posting that seemed to get more attention for some reason, so all the people on facebook assumed that HIS was the official event. We're going to lose 500 attendees, I'd wager, because of this bullshit.

This is also because certain other people/groups are stuck on not using social media to its fullest extent.

I was just on the facebook page. I think some of the confusion comes from the way the page is set up in that it is presented like this is skobo's rally, and he's kind of acting like it's his rally.

The official page has an abysmal response. Pretty sure it's less than half of the "I'm going" responses compared to last year. I've got a bad feeling we're going to be a tiny, laughable rally this year.

Guaranteed. There are so many people tucking tail because of what this other "event" did and because of the "RiOtS".

The person they chose to be in charge of their social media wasn't a good choice.

OK, River St Garage at 218 N2nd St. has a 6' 10" clearance and is the tallest that is open. It's a couple blocks up to State St, then about two blocks up to the Capitol, which looks about as good as it gets.
