rally point in the past was set for capitol steps on state st and 3rd.

As far as a meetup point, I believe Justinhemi is setting up a POOFA table for us to meet at, the location of which is somewhere in this thread. For uniform, do what you're comfortable with. none, all or somewhere in between seem to be acceptable!
don't be afraid or nervous to walk with a rifle. in my experience everyone on the street ignores you as they would sans rifle. capitol police largely ignore us as well.
simple rules, be safe, don't point your rifle at people and try not to shoot anyone. normal rules to live by.
last time, i went in my work duty gear with the addition of an ar pistol with my soft vest swapped for concealed plates.
if it is anything like the past, bring sunscreen and water. expect to be in full sun (or driving rain?) unless you hang out under the shade trees off to the side of capitol property

it was mentioned, parking deck heights are marked on the aforementioned parkharrisburg site but if you are early enough there is extremely (like really extremely) limited street side parking around the capitol, like on 3rd.
i'd advise having a restroom plan if running with rifle (has anyone established the "full 2A gear" friendliness of local shops?) maybe a safe storage place or a buddy to hold it.

and this really isn't an opinion. avoid this building and its property. borders walnut/locust and 3rd. is adjacent the locust parking deck.

The best plan would be to not eat or drink anything before you go.

I'll be there. Will probably OC a pistol.
To anyone new/unsure: just ignore all the drama about what to carry/wear/etc. That infighting is not productive.
Wear and carry whatever you want that you feel comfortable with and can do safely and legally. You won't be alone - there will be people there with rifles and full gear, people with pistols, people with nothing, people in suits, and people in sweatpants.
If you do choose to carry just please be extra vigilant about safety. Also make sure you are aware of the applicable laws.
The most important thing is just to show up and stand with fellow patriots

In all on the years I've attended, I'll have yet to see any naked people.

I parked on the street just north of the capital complex (by some museum) last year. There were plenty of street parking spots available.

Now's your chance to be the first.

I haven't been yet, but something tells me it'll be slightly more crowded than years past. (at least I hope)
