    I come and go as I please from my cabin. While I sit on the porch and drink a beer, I frown at all the ny/nj peeps creeping into Pa . So that's a good thing. The china virus has visited my house as well. All is good now.

    Hell, neighbor! If'n ya don't care for cold or snow, I'm not sure that G'boro is the place for you.

    We're finally getting something like winter and winter is already almost 1/2 over. In normal years, because our elevation is 1,600' - 1,900' higher in elevation than the rest of eastern PA, our regional climate is more like the border between NY and Canada.

    Many a folk have moved here only to realize how long and cold winters can get.

    If you really want to enjoy the area for what it is, come check out this event two Saturdays from now. It's awesome!!! The ice should be thick enough by then.
