Borough council what do you think?

I have become a member of one of the small borough councils, I thought that I needed to start somewhere. And after hearing about some of the borough councils that others have had problems with I thought that would be a good place to start. Yes we are elected and I wanted to get involved since alot of the members on here are doing their part. So I thought I would let the group on here know.

So what do you all think? I wanted to get some thoughts on the subject.

Congratulations. Good place to start. I'm on our Zoning Board with my experience in the construction trades, I thot I'd start there. Next step may be school board.

Congratulations. Good place to start, especially if you care about the place you live. My dad ran and won after he retired from the PD. Most important, don't be afraid to ask questions. If something doesn't look or sound right to you, question it. It's your town.

Thank you and I do care about the place I live. It will take a little bit to figure everything out, I love to ask questions knowledge is good.
