This is bullshit. Great way to find out about this as an offroader.

Just another way to penalize us. At least before there were signs to turn the fuck around.

I am sure as time passes this will get more coverage.

At this point I am neutral on the issue. To me this just brings up the same ole questions I had years ago about trespassing.

What are you limitations when it comes to ejecting a trespasser?
Can force be used and to what extent?
How do you press charges against a trespasser who refuses to show ID?
Is it true can't can't kick a game warden off your posted property even if you are the property owner and do not hunt NOR are you hunting?

It seems to me trying to enforce your property rights on a trespasser will get you in more trouble than the trespasser would get in if they are defiant and at least initially refuse to yield.

Yes i know you call the police but we all know they can take forever to show up and the person could be gone my then along with your chances of pressing charges.

I can see confusion on this, as paint in many colors is used in forestry /logging to mark trees .

Game officials believe themselves to be exempt from Constitutional limits on government since they believe they are protecting the game that belongs to them.

Maybe that's why purple was chosen....

Lumberjacks take the job because there is a woman behind every tree.
