    Default AR mags for dummies

I am getting my parts for my first build next week. Now I need mags. Anyone have a favorite? What should I stay away from. I read a while ago that Brownells had their own brand that was a good bang for the buck.

Disclaimer: I have never shot an AR, and know basically nothing about them.

www.CproductsLLC.com Can't be beat and the best and cheapest new magazines out there. And as said before the Magpul PMag's are pretty sweet too. I would not hesitate to recommend either.

Magpul P-Mags are the best on the market.
Aim Surplus $14.20 (cheapest I have ever seen) with only $0.01 shipping.
I already bought 10 from them, and just ordered 5 more today. Check'em out.

They all come with Magpul followers. Plus they make magazines for 6.5 Grendel, 6.8 SPC, 7.62x39, .308, 5.45x39 and 9mm. THey also make among others, 20 round mags in both the curved and straight styles.
