How early can I renew LTCF?

My license expires in July 2020, but given there’s literally a new (blue) sheriff in town I’m not sure I want to wait till next year. Is it possible to renew earlier than start of the 60-day window leading up to the expiration date?

if you do your lctf will expire in 2024 5 years from renewal

Seems to be a common concern for us Chester county residents.
