It's my hope that you'll find your bag later as you unpack from your move, then since you never really lost it, you can't lose your rights.

Philly sucks. I'm closer to it than I ever wanted to be and will never move in the city itself.

Then the police will charge him with filing a false report.

IMO never report a gun missing from a car. It must have been taken from my house while going in and out. If you are a victim of a burglary you get treated differently. Special treatment if you will.

Pay close attention to the 2:45 mark. In another video it was stated that it was stolen in a burglary. Since I cant find that one , you just get this one.

Did any of those individuals offer an update? I don't know if I'm glad or further incensed that I'm not alone in this.

Thanks everyone for the replies so far, even the ones that just express outrage. Honestly, it feels good to know that I'm not the only one who feels that this is insanely unfair. I was victimized by a criminal to the tune of probably a few grand in gun and medical supplies, but the victimization and victim blaming at the hands of the PPD has already eclipsed that ten-fold.

They are stealing your rights and putting you under investigation for what could amount to federal charges.
    You are the victim twice.

You should be level 10 furious.
