Doing a close-in 3-D look at the building, it appears there are many places to park for LE cars alongside, behind the building. However, there looks to be no on-street parking on either side. that's actually good - hate to go to canter city and it's like 3 times closer now. well i just got through and they told me there are no more appointments and they set up a website with some instructions that will start on monday https://www.ppd-ltc.com/
